What is the Mentorship Program?
The USF AMA mentorship program is a way for our members to work one-on-one with Industry professionals to help advance their skillsets for any and all of their future career endeavors. Paired mentors and mentees will work throughout the semester through exclusive events and activities, which include but are not limited to resume and LinkedIn workshops, interview prep, goal setting, internship search, and much more!

About our Mentees
AMA USF mentors are recruited every fall semester and meet with their mentees twice a month. Not a Tampa native? Don’t worry! Mentors can meet both virtually and in person. All of our mentors come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. From marketing to finance to tech, we have it all!
AMA USF mentees are paid AMA members looking to further their knowledge and become more prepared for the post-grad world. Mentees are paired with their mentor every fall semester and meet twice a month virtually and in person. Pairings are based on many factors, however, all mentees will be able to choose their top 3 mentors that they want to work with!
